Hi, I just got my new tool. I’ve had one from this company before, and they make great things. Before I bought this one, I didn’t think twice about it because of my previous experience with this brand. On the day I opened it. I saw that my tool had been used. It had marks on both sides. As if someone was using it and putting it down on the ground, as if they were. Use a white paper towel to wipe the tool to see if there is any grease on it. I did, and it was a lot. To get a new item if I paid for one. I don’t know how “they” used it. If they used it on a big project and then returned it, then I got it. I would understand if I paid used prices, but I paid for the tool new, so I think it’s reasonable to expect a new one. Keep it? I thought about it, but the truth is I don’t know what this tool has been through and I’d rather get a new one. These are Astro pneumatic tools 1832 ONYX 1/2″ and 1832 ONYX 3/4. This isn’t the only telescope I own. The one I have came in great shape.
