First off this is my second saw, the first one lasted about 1 job and the power cord took a crap, so amazon replaced it with in 3 days!! great job Amazon. As far as the saw, it will cut anything and the power is consistent. The blade it comes with is garbage unless your cutting mason blocks, but it is no were good enough to cut ceramic or porcelain tile so plan on dropping another 120.00 for a good blade.
