People say the product is well-made and it looks good to them. Quite heavy. When I turn it on, it moves in an elliptical circle, like an oval. It doesn’t matter what socket or extension I use. When I use an extension, it has even more of a warped circle around it. I think it’s broken or has been changed. I called the seller and they said I should take it to a Dewalt store to be tested. A lot of people don’t like that. First, I live two hours away from the nearest Dewalt store. Second, this is not my problem. I paid more than $400 for this broken junk. I just want a product that works. I want to trade. Is that too much?
