It was either lost or stolen. People had to wait for a long time before they could order again. When I got the air compressor, the motor was not attached and had been bouncing around in the mail. The air hose coming from the motor was a little damaged, but it was still usable. Rubber feet on two of the boxes were not attached. There were no screws or bolts inside. After I put the rubber feet back on, I tried to move the compressor by rolling it like a dolly. The motor fell off. In this case, the rubber feet can’t hold the weight of the motor. Use a tie down strap to hold the motor in place and keep it on the rubber feet while moving and to let it shake. Air filters on the motor fell off after a few days of use, so they need a lock nut. I do like the air compressor. It is very quiet and has worked well. It needs better motor mounts and a bracket for the air hose, but I think it is worth the money. When you buy an air compressor, the tie-down strap is a part of the machine.
