Looked as if it was opened when it got there. Everyone in the package looked like it had been made by the factory. I took it to the job I bought it for two days after I bought it. When I cut the tile, it was wobbling and shaking. I took a close look at the cutting wheel while the machine was running and the wheel was wobbling. The wheel was bent. To cut tile on a vertical surface, you must cut from top down or left-to-right if you want water to reach the cutting wheel. I found it hard to control the saw when I was in these places. There was a lot less RPM in his tile saw than I would have expected. Even with the bent wheel, it still seems to cut. At least 4 stars would have given it to me if the water delivery had been better,
