Because of the made in China sticker, this would have been a five-star review instead of a four. A shame for the United States of America that I couldn’t find a saw made in the country.
As for how well they did. This thing cuts 2x’s and plywood like scissors through cheap wrapping paper like a pair of scissors would. You can cut 2.75″ thick wood with this tool. As long as you did not follow the instructions, cutting to full depth was not a problem at all. You’d have to go over each side of your old craftsman circular a few times, and the machine would have been very slow. This thing sped right through the whole thing in one go.
Oh, and this one is heavy duty. You’ll need it with all that power.
