It’s a powerful saw. I used it recently to cut a sink hole in laminate. Because I used a Bosch 20-tooth scrolling blade, there were no chips. Contrary to what other people say, this saw can use standard blades with a t-shank on them. It drains a lot of battery power, like other reviews say, but it’s not that bad. Make sure you have a few high-capacity, fully charged batteries on hand when you start a project.
