It can handle manual torque of 150lb-ft (keep in mind that the majority of automotive fasteners are nowhere near that amount. Is said to have a torque rating of 55lb-ft. It’s likely that it won’t ever be able to reach that, because no other ratchets with this type of torque rating seem to work. Some things to keep in mind. Some other name brand ratchets are a little heavier, run a little slower, and are 16″ long with the battery attached. This one, however, is a little more cumbersome, unwieldy, and even impossible to use in most tight places. With a good extension and a few wobbly bits, it can remove and install a lot of bolts. It doesn’t lose the ability to spin the bolt with the extra reach. Sadly, the head of this ratchet doesn’t have a grease port (none of the Amazon sold ratchets have them).
