Buy 22,000 RPM | 90 PSI | 14

This air die grinder can be used for shaping, sanding, and grinding. It has extra length and reach, which makes it easier to get into hard-to-reach places with mounted grinding stones and carbide burs.

[RPM]: This tool is made for high-speed grinding and has a free speed of 22,000 RPM. It can cut, shape, and polish metal, glass, plastic, wood, and stone with ease.

At home, on the job site, or in your garage, the throttle padded lever makes it easy to control and feather the speed of your grinder.

With a rear exhaust air flow system that moves air away from the work surface, this unit is made for precision. It has a straight long reach body that doesn’t strain the hand or wrist.

With an air compressor, this machine will run at 22,000 RPM, use 90 PSI air pressure, have a 1/4″ inlet size, and use 3 CFM of air when it’s being used.

Use the 5-Inch Extension Air Die Grinder to grind and polish parts in hard-to-reach places at high speeds.

There were a lot of good reviews about this grinder, so I had high expectations for how it would work for me.

Comfort, fit and finish, and power were all great.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep a piece in the chuck for more than a minute before it came out.

These were good, almost-new Blackstone carbide burrs. I tried a few of them and found them to be good. I broke one of the little sheet metal “wrenches” I used to try to tighten the collet enough to hold on to.

People who use other grinders say that these burrs work well in them. I have to say that the problem is with the tool.

Great, but I’m not going to try to make a new tool work by putting different collects in it.
