Buy VEVOR 110V Motor Vibrating Motor 100W Single Phase AC Electric Vibrating Motor Aluminum Alloy Case 3600rpm Asynchronous Vibration Motor 2M Cable Concrete Vibrator IP65 Waterproof

Motor: 110V, single phase; 100W, 1.3A; 50kg, 3600rpm. Vibrating force: 50kg; Speed: 3600rpm. This concrete vibrator motor is made of upgraded material, and its aluminum alloy case makes sure it will last for a long time.

The concrete vibrating motor has precise bearings, a rotor made of pure copper, and a pure copper coil, all of which make this machine run smoothly, be high-efficient, save power, and be quiet. It also has a start-up battery.

It’s possible to change the excitation force of this vibrating motor because the angle of the eccentricity block can be changed, which means you can change the force. Thus, it can meet any need.

There aren’t many steps to wire this vibration motor and put it on machines. The wire cable is 2 meters long, and it’s kept up at the end to keep it from getting broken. It has a completely sealed structure and can withstand dust and water. It also has an IP65 water-proof function.

CE tests have shown that this concrete vibrator is safe to use. Mining, metallurgy, coal, electric power and construction are some of the fields where it can be used. It can also be used in medical care, casting and food.

100W Single Phase AC electric vibration motor with aluminum alloy case, 3600rpm Asynchronous vibration motor, and 2M cable. IP65 water-resistant concrete vibration machine.

These concrete paver molds I have will work great with this little motor. Without a plug, you have to add one. I was able to connect it to a standard power tool replacement power cord with a dimmer switch in between by doing a quick search on the internet. The wires that come with the cord have a non-USA color code. Keep in mind that if you use one, make sure to turn the motor on with the high switch first. The switch plate had to be marked with a sharpie so I could remember where it was. There are videos on YouTube that show how to make a vibrating table like the one I made out of plywood and an old tire.
