There is no grease on the gears. Dry paper with no oil on it.
So, we have the wrong kind of grease in the gearbox. It’s either NLGI 2 or NLGI 3.
For this type of power tool, the right grease should be NLGI 0. (like ketchup or mustard consistency).
How long can this tool work without grease. What do you think.
The reason I don’t know is that I cleaned out the old grease and added the right grease, and I don’t feel any vibration. I saved my ears and gears.
