Bottom line: After a few days and a few thousand nails, both of these nailers are still going strong. There is a quick note about CastleRock Tools, the company that sells this. Framing work isn’t something I do very often, so I went looking for a framing nailer in the familiar “not-often-needed” tool category, which is to say, something that works but won’t break the bank. I found one. After realizing that some of the work in the attic was done in small places, this combination of framing and palm nailer seemed like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, a warehouse labeling mistake meant I only got the framing nailer and not the palm nailer. Disappointed. emailed CastleRock Tools.
