The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Hole Hawg is made by Milwaukee. Only a drill with a 1/2-inch right angle can be used for this project.
There are a lot of rough ins that I do for work in the electrical field. This thing is huge. Was able to drill 7/8-inch holes back to back with no problems at all. A battery with a lot of power kept me going all day as I drilled through joists and studs. Finally, there are no cords to drag around. Because it was so sensitive, the only thing I didn’t like was it. If you drill through more than two studs at a time, the drill will stop. And you can’t go back or forward. You can’t get your bit out of the wood. But I figured out how to do it without stalling. You have to drill about two studs, then reverse to clean out the wood, then do this a few more times until you’re through the material. This method has worked for me without a hitch. The drill was great.
