There are six speed settings for the pure copper 800W motor on this saw. The speed can go from 800-3000 SPM per minute for better cutting performance. 6 speeds can be used with different materials, like metal, wood, and more. We wrapped 10 x replacement blades that fit almost all of the common materials and sizes around a piece of string.
LED Light Guide & Dust Collection This jig saw comes with an LED light that helps you see where you’re cutting and improves visibility in the cutting area. Use a guide ruler to help you cut more accurately when you do it. The light at the end of the electric jigsaw lets you know right away if the machine is working or not, which can help keep people safe. 4 Position Orbital: High gears are more efficient, and low gears are smoother on the cutting surface because they move more quickly. Bevels can be made with an aluminum footplate that can be moved right and left so that they can be used for tangents, beveling, or curved cuts. Max cutting depth for wood is 110mm/4.3inch, and for metal, it’s 10mm/0.4inch.
My jig broke, so I had to quickly cut a hole in the new counter for the sink. This saw had a hard time cutting the 5/8mdf. It broke two of the cheap blades that came with it, but my other blades wouldn’t work in it. Before long, it was so hot that you couldn’t even touch it. But I wouldn’t buy this brand again, and I don’t think anyone should either. BLAH is more crap.
