It took until the end of September for me to get a new ratchet, but I finally got one. I’m going to change the review from 1 to 3. I love this set for the price and use it almost every day. If it wasn’t so hard to get the tool warranted, I would give it 5 stars (3 months).
In April, I bought this kit. A ford dealer in my town has a body shop. I work in the body shop. I bought this because I already own a mini polisher that runs on the same batteries as this one.
Because of how the ratchet works, I’m having a hard time with i. As soon as I try to use it again the next day or the day after that, it will be empty. For something I use to make money, this isn’t good enoug.
In June, I tried to get in touch with durofix’s warranty department, but I haven’t heard back from them yet. I need this for work and can’t afford to buy a new one, so I can’t get another one. Thus, the one star.
