Use the RW01Z to loosen nuts and remove the nut from the bolt. It has a 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion Cordless 3/8″ / 1/4″ Sq. Drive Ratchet, Tool Only, to do this job. This ratchet comes with interchangeable 3/8″ and 14″ anvils for more flexibility (included). The powerful Makita-built motor can deliver 35 ft. lbs. of Max Torque, which is more than enough to do the job. When the motor isn’t running, the ratchet can be used by hand. Operator fatigue is lessened when the motor is running and because the design is lightweight and easy to use. The low-profile design makes it easier to work in small spaces and on top of things. If you want to use your 12V max CXT cordless tools for a longer time, you can also use the 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion 4. 0Ah battery (BL1041B, sold separately). 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion batteries have a Battery Protection Circuit that protects against overcharging, over-discharging, and overheating. This circuit is built into the batteries. It’s part of the growing 12V max CXT series, which combines high performance with great ergonomics in a small package.
Let’s start with what I like.
You are getting a good deal for the money you pay. If you buy either the battery and charger kit or just the tool, you’re getting a good deal at a fair price. The kit version is most likely a better deal.
3/8 or 1/4 can be changed. It is very convenient to be able to change the anvil to either 3/8 or 1/4 inches. That’s what I think, too. Most people will stick with one or the other. I don’t think I’ll change the anvil during the project. But I have the choice.
The pace. Words can’t really describe how fast this thing is. 800 RPM is the speed at which this machine screams. Before, I had never seen one of these cordless ratcheting tools move so quickly.
The weight and the way it fits together. When I hold this, I am very happy with the weight of it and how it feels in my hand.
Now, I don’t like these things. I haven’t had this for a long time, so I don’t have many things I dislike.
It has 12 volts. Well, 12v isn’t bad in terms of power. To me, that is bad because it is not on their 18v line. So this is another battery and charger set that you need to have.
The direction switch. It doesn’t take long to learn to use. Just a little bit. With the head, it moves around. When you want to change direction, it will be in a random place. In order to move forward or backward, just look at the back.
