Buy 9565PCV SJS High Power Paddle Switch Angle Grinder, 5

Powered by 13.0 AMP, this motor has more power and a variable (2,800 – 10,500) RPM speed for the most demanding jobs.

SJS technology is a mechanical system that helps keep the motor and gears from breaking down. It’s called a mechanical clutch system.

A speed control dial lets the user change the speed to match the application.

When the motor is under a lot of stress, it automatically gets more power from the electronic controller to keep up with the load.

Soft start is a feature of an electronic controller that is meant to make it easier to start the car and to keep the gears in good shape for a long time.

Makita’s 5″ SJS Angle Grinder has 13 AMPs of power, variable speed, and comfort and motor-protection features that make it ideal for industrial use. The Makita SJS mechanical clutch system is used in the 9565PCV to protect the gears and make the tool last a long time. The 9565PCV has a 13 AMP motor that runs at 2,800 to 10,500 RPM, with a soft start for smooth start-ups. It keeps the motor and bearings clean and dust-free with labyrinth construction, which makes the tool last a long time. Besides that, the zig-zag varnish also protects the motor and bearings from dust and other debris by making a barrier that moves with the motor. When the 9565PCV is built with Makita’s SJS technology, the motor is automatically turned off if the grinding wheel gets stuck or binds. This protects the gears by disengaging the motor. Only 5.3 pounds make up the 9565PCV. It has a lot of features that make it easy to use for a long time. As a bonus, the handle can be easily put on either side of the tool or the top. The “tool-less” wheel guard adjustment makes it easy to clamp. The large paddle switch with a lock-off is meant to be easier to use. For example, the 9565PCV can be used for cutting, ferrous metal, paint and rust removers, shipyard maintenance and heavy machinery. It can also be used to cut brick and masonry and restore old buildings. The angle grinder is made for welders, fabricators, plumbers, masons, electricians, automotive technicians, stone and tile workers, HVAC, and general contractors who want the best angle grinder in the business.

Not enough stars for this.

There are other Makita tools that you can use. Long time worked out for me. If you use this paddle grinder for a total of 4 hours, the replacement grinder starts to break down.

I needed a paddle switch and a way to set the speed. The 4.5-inch Variable speed paddle switch isn’t available, and it might be out of stock. My friend has been using his 4.5-inch paddle switch grinder for years. He suggested the Makita grinder because it can be used to sand at a slower speed.

Not many people had bad things to say about this machine when I bought it. Amazon has a 90-day return policy, and they’ve always been good because I’m a prime member, so I can return things for free. When they bought something in May, they returned it at the end of May for a new one. Now, we need to talk to the manufacturer. Having paid three times as much for Harbor Freight grinders, I have to do this.

To me, it takes a second for the paddle switch to start up again after it’s been turned off. In my Harbor Freight grinders, the bearings are making a sound that I would expect to hear. For safety, I bought the extra Harbor Freight protection plan. This is unacceptable, given what this grinder is supposed to be able to do.

Amazon told me I had to wait “past ninety days” on the chat line before they could help me. So I’ll have to go to Makita’s website to see what they have to say about it. (Is it hard to get on?.

None of these Makita tools are going to be used at this point. None of these two brands have variable speed grinders in this size, and they don’t make them.

From now on, I’ll have to spend more time on any tool I buy from Amazon to see if it doesn’t work.

Update: I just talked to the person who works for and sells Makita. If the grinder doesn’t move smoothly when I hit it at low speeds, which is why I bought it and the bearing noise is louder than my Harbor Freight 6 amp grinders, I took it to him. If you buy a contract for a few dollars more, they will exchange it for you with no questions asked. People at Makita say that’s fine. if the grinder breaks down.

If this is how they stand behind their best grinder, what will happen. In this case, be careful!
