Buy 3.4 Amp 1/2 Inch Finishing Belt Sander Kit with Vibration Control for 4.5 Inch x 9 Inch Sheets, Blue, BOSCH OS50VC Electric Orbital Sander

Flush sanding means that it can sand close to vertical surfaces on three sides.

SheetLoc Supreme Paper Clamping System makes sure the paper fits perfectly. Also, it can be stuck on paper.

It has the lowest vibration of any electric orbital sander.

Its diameter is 3/32 inches.

DUST COLLECTION: A clear micro filter dust canister with a paper filter and a screw-off lid for easy emptying.

The kit comes with the OS50VC sander, a micro filter dust canister, a vacuum hose adapter, a 5 mm hex wrench, a sanding sheet, and a punch plate.

With a powerful 3. 4 Amp motor and a Variable Speed Dial, the Bosch OS50VC is a great tool for any job. You can set the speed to match your task (8, 000-11, 000 OPMs). Vibration Control: Bosch’s unique suspension system reduces vibration for better handling and more comfort. In this system, Sheet Loc Supreme Sandpaper Attachment System, the sandpaper is held in place by a clamp. Stick-on paper can also be used. Multiple soft-grip places in an ergonomic way help to keep your hands from tired. Die-cast aluminum gear housing is strong and long-lasting. It doesn’t wobble or vibrate. The high-performance Soft Microcellular Backing Pad fits too many curves.

This review of my new Bosch 1/2 sheet finish sander has been a long time coming. With this great finish sander, I’ve already used it to finish three projects. There were three projects: a 7-drawer rolling chest of drawers, a 2-drawer rolling tool storage unit, and 7 high-end maple and walnut cutting boards. My thoughts after these projects.

First, when I connect my Festool dust collection system to it, the dust collection is astonished to say the least. There is no dust that hasn’t been cleaned up.

2. Even better, the canister dust collector that comes with the tool is almost as good as the Festool dust collector. There is no way I’m not going to do this. The canister collects almost all of the dust that is made.

3. I’ve never seen a better way to hold new sanding sheets in place. It is very easy for these old, arthritic hands to use, and it works better than any other system I have ever used.

4. Being able to use any sand paper one wants is also a good thing. Most people who work with wood have a favorite brand, and I’m no exception. I get angry when I have to buy any consumable product that is only available through the tool’s manufacturer. Not with this Bosch sander. When you buy it, you get a “hole punching plate. After you’ve changed the sandpaper on the tool, just plunge it into the hole punching plate and “goose” the trigger a few times, making the holes bigger as it moves. It works great.

5. As other people have said, the vibration has been greatly reduced.

6. A half sheet sander is big enough to make very flat surfaces.

I took a while to figure out how Bosch’s trigger lock worked, but I soon got used to it. This is the second switch. It keeps the tool in the “on” mode. After I used the tool for a while, I realized that it is supposed to be used with the side of the first knuckle of the thumb while it is in use.

In my own case, I don’t mess with the variable speed wheel at all. I don’t see the point. I either want the tool “on” or “off. To make less sanding, I change the grit of the paper I use. If I ever need it, I might be able to use it.

Use the tool for rough sanding to finish sanding of Varathane with 400 grit paper between coats. I have used it for all of this.

Overall, this is a tool that deserves a “5-Star. It is powerful, versatile, well-designed, and made with care. The dust collection is the best I’ve ever seen. In the past, I have used a sander made by Festool, and I would say that Bosch sanders are just as good.

As a side note, I also own the Bosch ROS65VCL (the round 5″ or 6” Random Orbital Sander), which is also a great tool.

These are great tools. They are very good at sanding, and they pick up more dust than any other tool I’ve ever used, even without a vacuum attached to them. I love this tool so much.

People who have been woodworkers for a long time say this. I have been a woodworker for more than 40 years. I’ve been an avid, devoted, and semi-professional woodworker.
