There have been no problems with this nailer, and I think it’s a good tool. It has done everything it should. It is nice that it can work with a lot of different types of screws, even though I’m only using cleats for this job. The nailer is strong and well made.

A name brand nailer from Home Depot was rented for my first try at installing hardwood floors, and it worked well. Only two nails were driven correctly by the rental nailer. After that, it didn’t drive any more nails at all. I gave it back, and they refunded the rental fee I had paid. For the project, I only have an hour or two each evening, so I knew the rental costs would soon be more than the cost of buying a nailer. Finally, I found this nailer. Three nights of work paid off. There were no trips back and forth for the other nailer, so I also didn’t have to drive. I’ve been very happy with both the price and the quality of this nailer, so that’s the end of the story.
