The Power 5.0. The way this sander moves isn’t clear. Not even close. Yes, a box store sander is better than this one. It can get rid of clear coats and varnish pretty quickly. Pencil lines.. take a long time.
Remove old paint isn’t easy, but you say this sander is smooth while you hold it with two fingers and yawn. Taking off old paint isn’t so easy. There are more powerful and expensive tools for that, so use them. Scrape then sand.

Because of my flaws. In the same way I use all of my sanders, I ran this one through the wringer. However, after two hours, this thing got too hot. Now, I’m not sure if it’s bad. It still works, but it shut off on me and flashed red for 30 minutes and then wouldn’t turn on. It still works. I kept going after I got back on. After an hour of primer, there was more dust than I’m used to. Guess what another thing is going to get hot. In this case, I’m going to assume that it’s not working right, and that not all of them are this way as well. However, because this happened twice in one day, it’s clear that this is a cheap board hyvst sander. Because I knew it would be cheap, I bought it.

Three star. Because my own isn’t working right, I have to give it away. The power of this doesn’t feel or look like a true 5mm stroke at 10000 rpms, but more like medium 7000 rpms. However, even though they are lightweight and better than box stores.
