The 18V ONE+ Cordless 3-1/4 in. Planer is new from RYOBI (Tool Only). This planer has a cutting width of 3 in. to 1/4 in. and can cut up to 1/16 in. per pass. With its automatic kickstand, you don’t have to worry about scuffing your work piece. It also comes with a blade wrench that you can store right on the machine. You can also choose whether to have a dual left or right chip exhaust. I think that the best thing about this tool is that it is part of the Ryobi One+ System, which has more than 225 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. First of all, this is my first cordless saw. My other Ryobi tools are there because I’ve switched from corded to wireless and I have all of their tools with me.
This tool surprised me because it had a lot of power and cut the doors very quickly. An easy-to-follow guide shows how to set up the depth guage. The tool worked perfectly. Use this tool for light work. There’s nothing else you need to do. Use the battery with a lot of power. Love this tool.
