Most AIRCAT tools have the patented tuned exhaust muffler technology, which allows air to pass through without causing back pressure. This sander worked great for about two weeks after I bought it. It didn’t work well after that. You had to take your sander in to get it fixed, because the warranty said you had to. Great for another month or so. Then the trigger got stuck down. But now you can’t even push the trigger at all, and when you turn the airflow down too much, it goes into full speed. Another air cat tool has not worked for me at all. All of my other tools are for body work.
I will never buy another aircat tool again because I’ve been so happy with this one.
