You can use the Chicago Pneumatic CP9780 Heavy Duty 3/4-Inch Belt Sander to remove paint, sand welds, smooth surfaces, and remove rust in small spaces with this tool.
We bought a second one because it works well enough. There are no surprises. They didn’t give us very many instructions, and we were forced to figure out how to change the angle of the belt on our own. It is done with the Allen/hex wrench that comes with it.
