Dremel (R) brand tools will work with this. These burrs aren’t made by Dremel.
It’s good for drilling and grinding as well as shaping, carving, and engraving.
If you’re reading this review for the first time, you know that I bought this product with my own hard-earned money because I needed bigger grinding pieces for my power wood carving. I didn’t get this as a promotion or for free, which is a bummer because I’d take either and still write my honest review.
So, that’s what I got: 50 very well made grinding burrs with only a few flaws.
Some of the parts were a little off from the shaft. What this means is that when they are in the rotary tool, they wobble a little bit. This means that they don’t stay flat when you use them to grind. Mostly, I found this in two of the larger squared thick circular pieces on the left side of the picture, and two of the smaller rounded edged ones. There was also no diamond dust in two burrs. This is a problem when you’re engraving anything (even wood).
So, how did it go. I called the seller and they fixed everything almost right away, so there were no more problems.
No, I don’t think so. Ye.
Because there are only two sellers on the ‘Zon who seem to have this product, and I like this one a lot. This is why. They’ve got my business again.
That should help anyone who isn’t sure. A set of 60-grit bits would be great if you want to use this for wood power carving. They can cut through soft woods quickly and give you a lot of great detail.
