In the manuals, it says that the tool was made in Germany, but on the box and the tool, it says that it was made in China. After I use the tool, I’ll update this post to say that it’s not made in Germany. If you run it for a few minutes, it doesn’t get hot quickly, is very quiet, and is easy to hold. If it was made in Germany, I would give this paddle switch six stars and pay extra for the case, but since it was made in China, I can’t send it back and have no time. I’m going to keep this one for now and put it to good use, because I don’t have time to send it back and buy a new tool.
