Out of the box, it didn’t work. I couldn’t use it because it was broken (blade holder was jammed shut and could not insert a blade into the saw).
To get warranty service from Ryobi, I can’t get it from Capri Universal, which isn’t a Ryobi dealer.
If you buy an item from Capri Universal, it is being sold as “new,” but it doesn’t come with a factory warranty (Ryobi has a 3 year warranty).
