I’ve been attempting to contact the company that sold this item in order to get them to assist me in determining why the motor is not working. All I would ask is for the item, or at the very least the motor, to be exchanged. Every time I sent a video in an attachment to an email they provided, they were unable to “see the video,” regardless of the number of links I sent them. Terrible communication, and the item is not functional. Make no effort to waste your time or money by purchasing this ineffective product. You will continue to talk in circles in order to obtain assistance in getting the product to work, especially if you are having a problem with it. By the way, this is still not functioning properly.
