Drilled through 13 inches of wood with a dull 5/8 self feed bit with no problems until the end where there was nothing left for the worm to grab, at which point I had to give it a push. This is an extremely useful tool. I increased the size to a 1-1/4 self feed bit and ran it through 3-1/2 wood and laminated wood with no problems until the worm had nothing to grab anymore!. One hundred percent faster than a corded Holehawg, and even faster than Milwaukee’s super Hawg. I almost forgot to mention that it was absolutely worth the money. There is no kickback on the drill, so it is an absolute win.
