When you use the included #2 Morse Taper mandrel in your lathe’s headstock, you can buff your woodturning projects while they are still in the lathe.
The system includes: (1) #2MT 12″ heavy duty mandrel, (2) 6″ fabric buffing wheels, and (1) 12″ heavy duty mandrel.
It is necessary to have a lathe with a minimum of 1/2 horsepower and a heavy duty live tailstock center in order to complete this project.
Replacement wheels as well as buffing compound bars are readily available on the market.
