The backside of the Plate is equipped with a locating Spigot that allows you to center the Mounting on the Table. A suitable M6 clamp kit is included along. When I first received the rotary table and chuck the chuck was not mounted on the table. When I went to mount the chuck I noticed that the screws for attaching it were so short that only one or two threads would have engaged the T-nuts. These were 6mm X 10mm screws and I replaced them with 6mm X 15mm screws. I contacted the seller on this issue and they were quick to respond that they would look into this issue.

Next I set up the rotary table with the chuck to face off a piece of 3/4 aluminum. I took a .050” deep cut and used the rotary table to rotate the part into the cutter. There was some vibration/looseness evident between the rotary table plate and the base so I tore down my setup and found a bolt on the back of the base that is in the center of the bearing. I was able to tighten this bolt about a 1/4 turn and after setting the part back up and trying the cut again I found that the vibration was significantly reduced. There may be some further tightening up of the system that I can do but that is for a later date.

All in all, the table seems well made, the chuck is surprisingly robust for its size and I am very satisfied with my purchase and with my interactions with the seller (there was some confusion on the shipping and they were quick to respond and clear things up). I think this rotary table & chuck is a good value and would recommend it for someone doing light work on a small milling machine. If you do larger parts with heavier depths of cut I would look at a larger size rotary table.
