I install hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, and laminate. I need a nice sander to sand the OSB subfloor, and I don’t know where to find one. This thing is insanely great when sanded with 3M 16Grit sandpaper. It sands down quite well. You can sand down bumps very fast, even huge 3/4 of inch + humps. I’ve been using it for about 3-4 months and have completed roughly 10-15 houses with it. Excellent sander for subfloor preparation.
