This item should not be purchased from Amazon. I purchased mine in October, and it is now July, and for no apparent reason, it has simply stopped working, and is now dead. Amazon’s return window was 90 days (as of January), and Klein will not extend a new return window because Amazon is not a vendor with Klein. So my only option at this point is to ship it back to Klein, where they will verify the purchase date and repair it for a fee. BEWARE, MY COLLEAGUES IN LINE. I’m now compelled to purchase a new drill in order to continue working or to wait for Klein’s repair service to come out.
