I bought a cheap angle grinder from Tool Shop for $20. I only used it for one project. I had to make changes to both the angle grinder and the dust shroud to make it fit. Part of some screws’ heads were ground off with the grinder. I also cut the band around the shroud. Another thing that I did was make a plexiglass cover for one side of the cutter wheel. After that, it stayed in place and worked perfectly for my job. I was happy that it caught all the dust when I cut the tile that was already on the wall. Almost nothing went unnoticed.
