The first one I received had a fairly large crack in it, which was clearly a manufacturing defect that had gotten past Quality Control but had been overlooked. When the product was first used, it leaked air everywhere. The company was quick to respond and send out a replacement, but I honestly don’t have confidence in this product. The quality is simply lacking on a large scale. The case is extremely ill-fitting, and everything falls out. The accessories also don’t appear to be very durable; after a few minutes of use, they begin to wear out quickly. It goes without saying that the tool itself is functional and has adequate power, but given what I’ve seen so far, I’m dissatisfied, to say the least. Unfortunately, I am unable to give this product my highest recommendation. My neiko 4 inch die grinder (which cost me only $17 at the time of purchase) is significantly better in terms of quality.
