Pyramid air sent me the compressor in a timely manner. I opened the box, which looked like it had been opened, and found just the two power cords on top of the carry bag that held the compressor. The tray that would hold the air hose assembly, the replacement air filters, and the oring kit and the user manual were all missing. I called Pyramid air the next day and spoke with a representative. If I were to buy something from pyramid air again, it would be very unlikely that I would do it again.
