The AIRCAT line is the most important development in pneumatic power tools in more than 30 years. Our company was started in 1998, and our tool line has a lot less noise while still having a lot more power and torque. AIRCAT also has a patented ergonomically engineered handle design that helps the operator’s hands, wrists, and arms be less stressed and tired. Most AIRCAT tools have the patented tuned exhaust muffler technology, which allows air to pass through without causing back pressure. This allows more power to be kept and significantly reduces noise.

Light use didn’t last more than six months. The oil was always in the bottle. I only used it a few times a week. Inside, something broke dow. This thing looks and sounds like it’s going to blow up. 2 years. Good luck. A lot of service centers don’t repair AirCat products anymore because AirCat refuses a lot of warranty claims after the service center fixes them, at least that’s what the service center told me. You pay for shipping. Ohio is the state that is the closest to where I am right now. I’m sure it costs more to ship this piece of junk than it’s worth.

Edit.

After I found out that the warranty wasn’t going to be honored, I took the tool apart and found out that one of the two #26 bearings had gone bad. That’s what caused the noise and vibration that I was hearing and seeing. There are bearings that say Thailand on them, but I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad place for bearings to come from. I usually don’t write reviews, but I want to make sure people don’t spend money on something they don’t need or want. $90 will buy three die grinders from Harbor Freight that last longer than this. Sometimes, just because something costs a lot doesn’t mean it’s good.
