When dealing with quarter-turn (“Dzus”) fasteners, one of these things makes connecting and disconnecting a little easier. A quarter, as well as a screwdriver, will do the job, but not as effectively as the proper tool. When it comes to my vehicle (a MGB that is 40 years old), it is the battery access panel that is secured with Dzus fasteners. After losing a previous tool, I velcroed this one to the top of the cover to keep it safe.
