A keyless 3/8 inch chuck with an internal back stop (a 1/2 inch version is also available) is also available.

A variety of drill rod sizes are available, including: 1/16″x1.5″, 3/32″x2″, 1/8″x2″, 1/4″x2″, and 1/8″x3/8.
Maintains the press pin’s perpendicular position to the pressing force.
This will hold round items with a diameter of up to 3/8″ in diameter. It would also be able to accommodate items with three lobes. The chuck with the magnetic back plate has a height of 2.5 inches. From the top of the internal backing pin to the bottom of the back plate, the distance is 1.735. The overall tool length will be (1.735″) plus (2.0″) = 3.735″ if you use a 2″ press out pin, for example.
Useful for adding a point of pressure to a small area of focus pressure.
