Please don’t buy this brand. My shop now has this. Over a year passed before I could use it. When I work, I run a very high-end repair shop. First time I tried to put an offset flange on a piece of goodmark metal, the head fell off. None of the head was scratched by it. So, that’s bad. It was clearly a casting flaw. Things happen. To find out what we bought, I asked our office manager to do that. Amazon didn’t help because it had been more than a year since I bought it. When I called the manufacturer to see if there was anything they could do, I was shocked. I tried to be as understanding as I could when I sent them pictures and tried to be as helpful as I could. This is what they said: They didn’t care that it had never been used before. A year old or less is when they would try to fix it. People wanted me to send them pictures, which I did. They wanted me to send them the pictures at my own expense, but they said that it wouldn’t be worth it. How surprised I was at how many people came to see me. Every one of my employees buys good tools for the work that we do, and I have 8. If we buy Astro tools again, we’ll make sure not to do that again. We don’t have time to mess with the quality, and we don’t want to.
