This item was purchased for use by my contractors. First and foremost, it does not produce a bullnose edge. In some cases, it will cut a sharp 90-degree angle followed by a bullnose edge, which is essentially the same as the edge of a countertop Dupont. The fact that it is a 6″ wheel (rather than a 7″ wheel) causes it to sit too high and never reach the tile. While it is true that you can elevate the tile, you will lose your guides – if not your fingers – because, at the required height, there is no way of bracing the tile against the guides and thus your fingers. This wheel would not fit on a wet saw with a blade that rises from the bottom because it is too wide for the slot in which it is intended to be used. I believe that with a better design, they may have a winner on their hands. First and foremost, it must be a 7″ wheel for use with 7” wet saws. Second, it must be constructed in such a way that it provides a true bullnose.
