Making knives is a craft that takes time and effort.

Description of the Wheel Set. One Drive Wheel with a diameter of 5.1″. The drive wheel has a 5/8″ bore and was CNC machined (H7 tolerance). The bore is equipped with a 3/16″ keyway and a set screw for added security. The wheel measures (2.2″) in diameter. The bore measures (1.5″) in length. In order to prevent the belt from jumping off the wheel, the surface of the wheel has been truly crowned. Please refer to the sketch of the wheel for the exact wheel dimensions. Two (2″) inches in diamete. Idler Wheels are a type of wheel that is used to turn a vehicle. Each wheel is CNC-machined and equipped with three 1/2″ bearings for maximum durability. (Heavy-duty 6201-1/2 RS bearings are used in this application. Rugged rubber seals keep dust and dirt out of the bearings. Bearings are stacked one on top of the other (best combination). The wheel of the mounting plate will be raised by using a 3/8″ wide standoff (sleeve). This bearing combination has been proven to be the most effective solution against bearing failure because it allows for the mounting bolts to be tightened without exerting any axial force on the bearings (ball bearings should not bear lateral load. one (4″) inch in diamete.
