The 1″ Super Duty Impact Wrench with an 8″ Extended Anvil is designed for lug nut removal on truck tires. Parts and labor warranties are provided as standard by AIRCAT for a period of two years, which is twice the industry average. Torque of 1900 ft-lbs in a package weighing only 26 lbs. Lug nut removal is facilitated by the high rate of torque development at 5500 RPMs. In order to improve operator comfort, we added rubber inlay to the trigger and side handle, as well as increased the cavity size of the side handle and the side handle cavity. In order to protect the tool while also increasing its durability, the aluminum hammer case and motor housing have a molded-on rubber impact buffer installed. The refined “Pinless” Hammer Mechanism and Anvil are made of triple heat treated Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel for the highest level of durability and dependability. The swivel air inlet prevents hose tangles from forming. Forward and reverse are combined with a power management switch with nine positions.
A new one with a lot of power replaced the old one. Trucks are used every day in the shop.
