When I received mine, it would not draw power from a 20v battery (defect)..
B&D Service Center is what they are called..
I received excellent support from them; however, B&D is no longer distributing this particular product. The company is sending me a DeWalt product that is comparable..bad news. I guess I’ll just have to wait until DeWalt 20v products become available before switching over.
