Oh my gosh, the things I did with this little jig saw. It wasn’t fair, I tell you. I’ve cut three-foot circles out of half-inch plywood, cut plumbing and conduit, cut floor boards, and cut trim for the walls and trim for the floors. To make up for not having a tin cutting tool, I even cut HVAC vents. Tools are not my strong point.
A drill that I got when the first one came out took a lot of abuse for five years. It finally died. Trimming shiplap boards for a ceiling as they sat on a folding chair with the saw blade cutting through them. The board jiggled up and down as the blade moved, and even though I yelled and swore, it didn’t want to be cut. The poor thing couldn’t take it any longer. The drill motor was still running, but the blade didn’t move any. It’s done.

I tried to figure out if I should buy another, or if I should get a real jig saw, which would cost more, take up more space, and likely have another battery model to deal with. When I saw how much I paid for this thing on Amazon, I clicked the Buy It Now button. What a brave person for just a double-saw!
