There is a Manufacturer.

Bosch is the best-built. Assembled to stand up to the toughest jobsite conditions. It’s very small and light, but it has professional-level performance.

I bought this combo set about three years ago, but I haven’t used it very much. I would say that I only use it a few times a year, and not for very heavy-duty applications.

I used the drill a few days ago to mount an outside security camera, and it worked just as I thought it would. Yesterday, I tried to use it again, but there was nothing. The drill can’t move forward or backward, at high or low speed. Then, I tried a few different battery packs to make sure that wasn’t the cause. Battery packs were checked out by using them on a different tool to make sure they were good.

I haven’t had a problem with Bosch tools until now, so this failure is a let down. Costs to send it and fix it would probably be more than the tool is worth. I think this is a total loss.
