In this case it was important for me to leave a review, so that’s why I did it. During my 19 years in the business, I’ve had the pleasure of using great tools that last a long time and the nightmare of having to use tools that don’t meet minimum standards, both of which come from the best brands. I have a lot of hand and power tools that show how I’ve used them over the years. When it comes to this drill, I’ve had one of these since 2015, and so far I haven’t come across a task this tool can’t handle with ease (you name it, we’ve tried to push this tool to its limits). This is why I think this drill is so great. Amazon and Lowe’s sold me two more of these tools, so I bought four more of them. I’ll need them to remove 1500 square feet of glue-down hardwood (on this job we couldntg use our trolley carts or floor remover machines due to foundation issues). Five men ran for nine hours a day, mostly non-stop, breaking up this floor for three days. I thought it was a lot for them, but did it. In fact, these drills got hot and even leaked some grease, but they kept working like a champ. They also closed back up right away. I still can’t believe how strong these things are, how tough they are, and how well they work even though I knew what they were going to be subjected to. They outperformed any expectations I had for them. As a job expense, I had budgeted for these to come out of my bottom line. People think they haven’t even been used yet. As I said, I don’t review many things because time is money, but this tool was worth the time I spent writing a review. If you want a drill that’s a workhorse and a beast when it’s under a lot of stress, this is the one for you. You won’t need to look any further. Tried and approved, everyone!
