[I] was extremely disappointed that the saw blades would not stay in place in the mounting mechanism..
The fact that the Bosch help-line recommended that I send it back because it wasn’t a case of ‘user error’ only added to my dissatisfaction.
The reason I haven’t reordered this item is that I don’t want to be disappointed again if Amazon sends me the exact same item that I returned to them in the first place.
