Buy BOSCH PS11-102 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Max 3/8-Inch Right Angle Drill/Driver Kit, Blue, includes (1) High Capacity Battery and Charger

A drill driver with a 12V motor that can do 1,300 RPM and 115 in-lbs. of torque weighs only 2.75 lbs.

The 3 8-inch auto lock chuck makes it easy to change bits and do a lot of different things, like drive 3 inch screws, drill a pilot hole, or use a 3 4 inch spade bit.

VARIABLE SPEED: The PS11-102 has a variable-peed trigger that makes it easy to control the speed. This tool is a lot faster than the current tools for Lithium-Ion.

A motor brake for precise screw driving and Bosch’s Electronic Cell Protection come standard. This means that the battery will last longer and the tool will run longer.

Deburring and chamfering openings to pre-drilled holes is easy with the BOSCH line of counter-sinks, which are made by the same company. Especially good for contractors in the fields of electricity, plumbing, and heating and air. Countersinks made by BOSCH cut a wide range of materials cleanly and accurately. These countersinks are made of high-speed steel and titanium-coated bits that are very hard. They work well in even the hardest materials.

After I tried for a long time to get the battery out of this thing so I could charge it, I gave up and called Bosch customer service. : I got a reply saying that this was not very common and asking for more information about what I bought and when I bought it. I said something right away.

When did this happen? It was on October 31.

As of today, 11/6, I hadn’t heard back from them, so I called. Apparently, the information was sent, but no one did anything with it. The person I talked to was very sorry and was going to send me a new battery. Was he able to give me any ideas on how I could get rid of the battery. That’s when he left the phone to check with someone else. I called back and reached a different person. Asked him how to get the battery out of his tool, and he said the same thing.

He laughed and said that this is a problem with the 12 volt tools, and he has the same problem. You can use visegrips, put the battery’s edge on a bench and hit it, and I think there was a third option, but I can’t remember what it was called.

Afterward, I thanked him and hung up.

It only took a few seconds before the first rep called me back and apologized for the disconnect.

So, Bosch is going to replace the whole thing. Wonderful. Kinda. After I send it back to them, they will send me a new one in about two weeks after they get it.

That’s right “In that case, what will happen. Then, I asked. That’s what he said. Before we send it, we’ll make sure it works.

I told him that I didn’t buy this for a need I might have in the future. I bought it for a project I was working on right now.

There was a second choice. To help him, I could give him a credit card. They would send the item and then refund the charge when they got the defective one back.

What else could they have done for you, you whiner? I can only say “Nothing.” “In this case, I would say. I had to rent a drill to do the project, but the second person told me that this is a common problem with their 12 volt tools.
