It’s easy to make your customers angry.
In step one, make a tool that has more than one nozzle. Tighten the nozzle the tool comes with so much that it’s impossible to grip and keep the tool from turning as you try to loosen it’s nut holding the nozzle on. It can’t be changed. Many other customers have asked for help with this problem. I couldn’t find an answer. As time goes on, maybe the nuts will come off, but that doesn’t help you if you want to start with a different one.
2) Don’t send it with the swivel connector in it when you send it. You can’t find any other air tool that doesn’t come with a way to connect right away to the air source. You also need to buy a $9 swivel connector to use the tool. This makes the true cost of the tool even more than it was when you bought it at first. This is especially bad because the ad picture looks like it shows the nozzle. You can see a silver protrusion on the right of the picture. What could this be.
3) Put the product in a plastic case that is great for showing off the product, but when you put the swivel (see point two above) and the leather case on, the case won’t close. In other words, it doesn’t make sense to keep the tool in its operational configuration in this place.
