Advantages.

If you want to make small things in glass, like very small concavities, the cylindrical bits are great. You can’t make these things with a normal grinder. The spherical burrs can also be used to drill holes in glass, which is another good thing about them. To etch or carve, the cone-shaped tips work well.
Attention.
Only drilling with water. There’s a very small amount of diamond on the surface. At medium-low to medium speeds, they work best on my rotary tools, and it’s best not to use them too much. They work best at that speed.
